Prior to becoming a legal recruiter, Lauren built a distinguished 15 year career leading client relationship management, business development, and project management initiatives. She designed and delivered tailored solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients, including the development of sophisticated contract databases and other mission-critical legal and business applications. This background gives her rare insight into the operational realities and unique challenges facing today's legal employers and attorney candidates.

Lauren is an Economics graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. She also holds a master’s degree in public policy from University of Michigan.
